Hey people! Here’s what’s happening this week

It’s Martin Luther King weekend. Hope you find a justice cause to support, as there are many. We’ve got our Multicultural Potluck this Sunday, January 18th with Foods from India. We have a new workshop series on Vegetable Growing. Come out to the farm for these events. Also you are invited to come to the farm any Sunday, 9am to 1pm when we gather on the land.

This month we celebrate the flavors of food from India. Come bring some Masala, Dhal, Tandorri, Curry, Biryani, Paneer, Samosas, Chutneys,Madras, Naan bread, etc.

Vegetable Growing Tips

Becoming resilient by growing your own vegetables! Four Seasons Vegetable Growing workshop series now available…

This series supports individuals and families who want to deepen their connection to food, climate resilience, and community-based learning.Space is limited for each workshop. Register early and commit to growing food sustainably through every season.

Qi Gong session at the farm last week

Check out the photo from last Sunday’s Qi Gong Session. Cloudy the Cat also joined in! Also a photo of our latest College Corps Crew! They are a big help on the farm every Sunday in caring for the land and to practice regenerative agriculture and community building skills.

We’re planning a Back to Permaculture Basics workshop series!

You’ll uncover how to transform your personal and shared spaces into regenerative spaces by learning hands-on techniques from soil regeneration to water management and edible ecosystem creation. Our workshops honor the invaluable wisdom of Indigenous traditions while blending it with contemporary ecological science. Dates are March 21, June 20, September 19 and December 19
