Qi Gong January 11th at 12noon

Combining the Chinese words for "life energy" (Qi) and "work/skill" (Gong) to describe a system of gentle, flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation used to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy (Qi) for improved physical and mental health, stress relief, and longevity.

Come join with like minded people who like to share cultural foods, stories and knowledge.

What Indian food will you bring? Masala, Dhal, Tandorri, Curry, Biryani, Paneer, Samosas, Chutneys,Madras, Naan bread, etc.

Four Seasons Vegetable Gardening

Four workshops in the series. You can take one or all four
